Sulforaphane 是存在于多種蔬菜中的天然異硫氰酸酯。Sulforaphane 增加腫瘤抑制蛋白的轉(zhuǎn)錄并抑制組蛋白脫乙酰酶的活性。Sulforaphan 可以激活 Nrf2 ,并通過(guò) AMPK 依賴(lài)性信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)抑制高糖誘導(dǎo)的胰腺癌。 Sulforaphan 具有抗癌和抗炎活性。
